Graffiti en Cañete, Lima Perú 1

Este fue uno de los muros que dejé en Cañete estas vacaciones. (Cañete, provincia de Lima,
se encuentra a tan solo unas horas de la capital y es reconocida por el distrito de Lunahuaná, donde se pueden realizarse deportes de aventura,

principalmente el canotaje...) 

Todo esto sólo para decir que pinté en su paradero principal C:

Normalmente no creo en el amor a primera vista, porque me suele pasar muy a menudo así que prefiero no tenerlo en cuenta...(???), pero en cuanto a muros me refiero... uff! la facilidad de conseguirlos en provincia es una locura. Lo encuentras, lo pintas y todos felices... nadie te dice nada, muy por el contrario a Lima.

Tuve una fijación con este muro desde hace mucho tiempo, pero cuando lo vi, aún era tiempo de elecciones y el spot terminaba siendo campo de batalla para candidatos, que se tachaban entre ellos, para obtenerlo.

This is one of the walls i left in holydays, in Cañete.

(Cañete, a town near Lima, just two hours away, and it's popular for Lunahuaná, where everybody can do extreme sports like boating) This intro was only to say that i painted in the main bus station C:

Usually i don't believe in love at first sight, becouse it happen to me very often, so i prefer don't count on it (?) but when the topic is about walls... ufff! get them so easily in the towns is almost madness. You find it, you paint it and everybody is happy...no one tells you anything wrong, so different from Lima. 

I had a fixation with this wall in particular, since a long time ago, but when i saw it that time was an president's election season and that wall was a battlefield between the nominees, they cross out each other to get it.

Ya decidido a pintar, comencé a fondearlo con la ayuda de un primo que vive cerca de la zona. Un factor negativo es que los muros son en su mayoría de adobe o absorben mucho la pintura, lo cual terminó por dejar un mal acabado, pese a las cantidad de pasadas de pintura que por alguna extraña razón terminaron reviviendo todas la propagandas pintadas anteriormente... (pensé en:KARMA???).  Así que decidí dejar ahí el blanco y cubrirlo con un color más oscuro.

Almost decided to paint, i start to paint the background with the help of my cousin from the town. A negative look about the walls made by mud, they suck in too much paint and give a poor finish, even if i painted over and over again, and for a strange reason this new paint come alive again the old paint for the presidential nominees...(i thought: this is about KARMA???) So, i decided to let the background in white, and then cover it with a dark colour.

(Quería aclararlo, porque siempre me lo preguntan)

 El graffiti es divertirse, NO hay reglas!!! Hazlo de tal manera que te sientas satisfecho con el resultado
y contigo mismo,

ESO es lo importante.

Strokes made by freehand! i only use the masking tape to define the lines when i use latex paint.

The graffiti is have fun, NO rules!!! Make it from that way who make you feel satisfied with the results and with yourself,

THAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT.

Graffiti interior "Raúl"

"Lo que más disfruto al pintar, es la libertad

de poder hacer lo que a mi me venga en gana..."

A pesar de que siento la presión o el deber de que cada intervención tenga que ser lo suficientemente buena, puesto que no pinto constantemente y no me puedo permitir ese gasto en dinero y tiempo; tengo que hacer que de VERDAD valga la pena!

Esta presión, es el principal motor... la búsqueda de

generar siempre algo nuevo en forma y color, y mantenerme fresco.

''What i really enjoy when i'm painting, is the freedom i feel and do whatever i want to do''

Even i feel the pressure or the obligation in every intervention, that every single one must be really good, because i don't paint continued and i can't allow spending money and time constantly, i have to do something really worth it!. This pressure, is the main reason ...the search to create a new shape and a new mix of color, and keep me fresh.

Es muy gratificante obtener esa confianza de parte de las personas, que al verte pintar, traten de entenderte en tu locura y la acepten; PERO mucho más, es que quieran ser parte de ella y vivirla.

It's really rewarding get that confidence from the people who see you painting and try to understand your madness and accep it; but EVEN MORE, when they feel part of it.

El edifico se encuentra en el centro de Lima, en la Av. Emancipación.

The building is in Lima's downtown, in Emancipación Avenue .

GRAFFITI en la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villareal (UNFV)

Para mí la sensación más importante al terminar un graffiti, es alejarte y verlo terminado, esa satisfacción de crear algo nuevo, es la que me mantiene en esto y me vuelve más fuerte... en todo sentido.

 Recibí una llamada de un amigo que conocí en la academia, el sabia de mi afición por el graffiti, porque no dejaba de dibujar en clase y aun así me mantenía estudiando para poder ingresar a la universidad; soy consciente que ahora estoy muy influenciado por la arquitectura, pero creo que es algo más global que solo eso, es la vida misma, es algo que siempre digo y creo.

The most important feeling when i finish a graffiti, comes out when i take away and see the final piece...that satisfaction of creating something new, is what makes me stronger in every way.

I'm conscience that now i'm influenced by the architecture, but i think it's more global than this, it's the life itself, it's something i always say and believe...A time ago i recieved a friend's call, that makes me remenber the academy, he knew about my hobby, when i was drawing in the middle of the class and even then i still study to be in the university...a lot of time before i even knew about architecture.

Desde Alemania: Gohs & Torn en Lima, Perú

Un grupo de amigos de Alemania se juntó para conocer Perú; de camino al hospedaje y sin perder las ganas de poder pintar desde que llegaron, me encontraron realizando un mural con mi crew “DA2C” en Miraflores para el Festival Latir Latino, y no dudaron en acercarse para proponerme pintar en algún otro lugar. Y así comenzó la nueva aventura, sin saber cuál era su estilo tuvimos que buscar adaptarnos en el mismo muro, donde preferí cederles la libertad a ellos para luego adaptarme a las circunstancias, espero les guste el resultado…

Some germany friends, came to visit Perú; in the way to the hotel and without the chance to paint, they found me painting with my crew ''DA2C'' in Miraflores for the Latin Bit Festival, and came to me for paint in somewhere. And that's how the new adventure begin, without know their style we have to figure it out in the wall, where i prefer to give them the freedom and then i did my piece. I hope you like...

  

Tuve la "suerte" de presenciar el aniversario de la galería que se encuentra frente al mural... no pude pintar ese día, se lleno toda la calle de bailarines, orquesta y mucho trago...nunca llego :C hahahaha

I was so "lucky" to be in the Anniversary of the Gallery next to the wall, i couldn't paint that day, becouse all the street was full of dancers, orchestra and a lot of alcohol...never came to me :C hahahaha

Pareciera que llueve... Ya deja las cuentas y vive!!!!!!! "Abre los ojos y ven lo q te da la vida..." FuckingClan
